All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our fulfillment center in Grapevine, Texas, operated by ShipBob.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Topiku is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied to your shipment. These are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours.

Damages & Claims

Topiku is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged items

  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim

  • Reach out to our support team if you need help navigating the claim process
